After losing my health, house, loved one and employability, I realised I was doing it wrong. Being neurodivergent living with chronic conditions and physical disabilities, I tried to fit in, appease, and be equal. I was afraid to live the life I truly wanted. Now, having nothing to lose, I am no longer afraid.

Tolkien and adventure are at the heart of what I am doing, as they give me courage. I hope you will find help and hope here.

Now, I am rebuilding my life to be ND and disability friendly and sharing my journey to help you do the same through founding The Introverts Adventure Club and The Introvert - a newspaper representing people like us.

The Introvert is an independent newspaper representing minorities.

As an introvert with AuDHD and a physically disabled woman, I don't feel widely represented or even cared about by the media at large.

I decided to bring about change by creating this project.
